摘要
目的探讨分析PPH(吻合器痔上黏膜环切术)术治疗痔疮合并黏膜内脱垂的临床效果。方法实验时间2014年11月至2016年11月,实验对象为在广东省茂名市茂南区金塘卫生院接受治疗的痔疮合并黏膜内脱垂患者110例,随机分为观察组以及对照组,每组55例,对照组给予混合痔外剥内扎术治疗,观察组给予PPH术治疗,实验结束之后,对两组患者的手术时间、术后恢复时间、住院时间以及并发症的发生率进行对比分析。结果通过比较发现,观察组患者的上述指标与对照组相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PPH术治疗痔疮合并黏膜内脱垂的疗效显著,可有效的降低并发症的发生,提高患者的生活质量,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate and analyze the PPH （ PPH） clinical effect in treatment of hemorrhoids with mucosal prolapse. Methods The experiment time from November 2014 to November 2016, the subjects were treated in our hospital with hemorrhoids prolapse patients 110 cases, randomly divided into observation group and control group, 55 cases in each group, the control group was given mixed hemorrhoids milligan morgan therapy, the observation group was given PPH treatment, after the end of the experiment, the time of operation the two groups of patients, postoperative recovery time, hospitalization time and complication rate were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant between the two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion PPH has a significant effect in the treatment of hemorrhoids with internal prolapse, can effectively reduce the incidence of complications, improve the quality of life of patients, worthy of clinical application.
