情感营销是一种关注消费者情感、心理需求的营销方式。在产品、服务日趋同质化的今天,实施情感营销是图书馆构筑竞争新优势的必然之选。图书馆可以采取情感产品、情感价格、情感渠道、情感促销和情感服务等策略去满足读者的情感需求,推进服务工作的顺利进行,在激烈的信息市场竞争中占据一席之地。
Emotional marketing is a kind of marketing focusing on consumers’ emotions and psychological demands. It is a good choice for building a new competitive advantage for libraries in today's increasingly homogenized products and services. Library can take emotional product, emotional price, emotional channel, emotional promotion and emotional service strategies to meet the emotional needs of the readers, and by doing these, library can promote their services more smoothly and acquire a place in this fierce information market.
