摘要
镁合金型材自动化焊接工作站是指以焊接机器人手臂做为操作中心,可以实现对镁合金型材快速、大量且精准的进行自动化生产焊接体系。本文针对镁合金型材设计的自动化焊接工作站进行了详细的说明,首先对整体工作站的布局选定进行了概述,然后对镁合金型材自动化焊接工作站的工作原理和系统构成做了详细的阐述。最后还研究了镁合金型材自动化焊接工作站的优越性和可靠性。
Magnesium alloy profiles automation refers to the welding robot welding workstation as operation center, can achieve precision of magnesium alloy profiles of rapid automation welding system. Magnesium alloy material, the author of this paper has carried on the detailed design of the automatic welding workstation, first of all, on the whole the layout of the workstation selected were summarized, and the working principle of automatic welding of magnesium alloy profile workstation and the system is expounded in detail. Finally also studied the magnesium alloy material superiority and reliability of the automatic welding workstation.
