摘要
目的:评价黄芪注射液联合炎琥宁注射液治疗小儿手足口病合并心肌炎的临床疗效,探讨黄芪注射液对炎琥宁注射液治疗小儿手足口病合并心肌炎的疗效。方法:92例患者随机分成两组:对照组(N=46)和观察组(N=46),对照组除了常规的退烧,补液及补充维生素C之外给予炎琥宁注射液10 mg/kg加入100 ml 5%GS中进行静脉滴注;观察组在此基础上加黄芪注射液20 g/kg加入5%GS中进行静脉滴注,7日一疗程,1次/日。治疗结束后,分别对两组患者的心肌酶谱及超敏C反应蛋白等进行检测,统计分析检测结果。结果:观察组患儿总有效率97.8%,对照组患儿总有效率(95.7%);与对照组治疗后相比,观察组治疗后AST,LDH显著低于对照组治疗后;与对照组治疗后相比,观察组hs-CRP及TNF-α水平显著低于对照组治疗后。结论:黄芪注射液联合炎琥宁注射液对小儿手足口病合并心肌炎患儿的疗效优于单独使用炎琥宁注射液。
Objective ： Evaluating the clinical efficacy of combination therapy of Yanhuning and Huangqi Injection on hand-foot-mouth disease complicated with myocarditis,dissing the merger synergies of combination therapy of Yanhuning and Huangqi Injection on hand-foot-mouth disease complicated with myocarditis.Methods： 92 patients were randomly divided into two groups： the combined treatment group（ N = 46） and control group（ N = 46）,In addtion to the conventional treatment such as reducing the fever,fluid infusion and increasing the vitamin C,patients in the control group were administrated Yanhuning Injection（ 10 mg/kg） which were added in 100 ml 5% GS by intravenous drip note）while observation group administrated additional drug Huangqi Injection（ 20 g/kg）,which was diluted with 5% GS by intravenous injection.The treatment was kept a 7-day course with once a day.When the treatment was over,the levels of Myocardial enzymes and hs-CRP were determined,Statistically analyses the data.Results： The curable（ 97.8%） and effective rate（ 71.7%） is higher than that in control group（ 95.7% and 54.3%）; compared with the control group after treatment,the levels of AST and LSD were significantly lower than those of control group; while compared with the control group,the levels of hs-CRP and TNF-α were significantly lower than control group.Conclusion： The combination therapy of Huangqi and Yanhuning Injection has a synergistic effect on hand-foot-mouth disease complicated with myocarditis.
