摘要
综合开发的地铁车辆基地在提升城市土地与空间资源利用效率方面具有显著作用。对综合开发车辆基地的空间形态进行分类,以其空间形态为视角,归纳出典型的开发模式特征:平台模式、下沉模式、高架模式,平台模式避免了其他两种模式的劣势,方便管理运营,此种模式在国内应用最为广泛。结合实际案例分别从空间布局、空间结构转换、形体组合模式3个角度提出针对性的设计策略,能够对地铁车辆基地的综合开发实施起到有益的推动作用。
The comprehensive development of a subway vehicle base plays an important role in improving the efficiency of ur- - ban land use and space resource utilization. The characteristics of the three typical development modes of subway vehicle bases are presented, that is, the platform, the sinking and the elevated modes in terms of spatial forms, which are classified into dif- ferent types in this paper. The platform mode is widely used in China for it can avoid the disadvantages of the other two modes and is convenient for the management and operation. The specific design strategies are put forward from the three aspects of the spatial distribution, the spatial structure conversion and the compound mode of structures, to improve the comprehensive devel- opment of subway vehicle bases.
