摘要
目的探讨精细化管理在血液透析患者的院外护理中的运用。方法通过对血液透析患者院外护理实施精细化管理提高血液透析患者院外自我护理能力及改善其健康状况。将180例血液透析患者按门诊就诊奇偶数分为对照组与实验组各90例。对照组进行常规健康教育,实验组进行规范化、专业化、标准化、系统化的精细化管理。结果 6个月后实验组相关感染并发症发生率显著低于对照组,自我护理能力显著高于对照组。结论对院外血液透析患者开展精细化管理护理模式,能显著提高患者的自我护理能力,从而改善患者的健康状况,提高生存质量。
Objective To study the application of delicacy management using for hemodialysis patients out of hospital Methods The delicacy management was applied to manage hemodialysis patients out of hospital to improve the implementation of Self-care and improve their health out of hospital. A total of 180 hemodialysis patients were divided into comparison group and test group, with 90 cases in each group. The comparison group were performed normal health education, the test group were controlled standardized, specialized, standardized, systematic and meticulous management. Results Six months later, infection complication rate of test group was significantly lower than that of comparison group, the self-care ability was Significantly higher than that of comparison group. Conclusion The quality of care outside the hospital of hemodialysis patients who was performed delicacy management is much higher than the normal health educated one.It can significantly improve the health status of the patient.
