摘要
CYFRA21-1是细胞角蛋白19片段,由细胞结构中细胞角蛋白19的2个单克隆抗体组成,是筛查肺癌敏感度最高的肿瘤标志物之一,已广泛用于肺癌的诊断、病理分型和治疗评价。近年来,诸多文献对CYFRA21-1的研究进行了报道,现对此进行综述,为今后CYFRA21-1的应用及研究找到新的方向。
CYFRA21-1 is a cytokeratin 19 fragment, and consisted of 2 monoclonal antibodies of cytokeratin 19 in the cell structure, which is one of the most sensitive tumor markers for lung cancer screening. It has been widely used in the diagnosis, pathological classification and treatment evaluation of lung cancer. In recent years, many studies on CYFRA21-1 have been reported. This article is a review of the research progress of CYFRA21-1 in order to find a new direction for the application and research of CYFRA21-1 in the future.
