摘要
基于外墙结构的优缺点的总结,提出并研发一种建筑无模成型机用于建筑外墙GRC异形饰件的工厂化加工制造。这种成型机采用计算机辅助技术,对于所需要的成形零件的CAD数据(或图纸),只需将其已知的设计信息传给计算机,由程序按照曲面构型法自动生成曲面,计算所需的坐标,各基本体的高度数据,形成基本体的高度文件。研究采用多点成形技术,对于变形路径可根据实际要求增加基本体或者像素点来达到实际生产中的要求。对外墙形状设计的灵活性大大提高。可以根据不同实际生产构造出不同形状的外形,从而节约成本。
This paper developes a building forming machine wilt be used for buildingexterior wall GRC shaped trim fac- tory processing manufacturing.This machine adopts computer aided technology for CAD data forming parts required by (or drawing),only the design information known to the computer by the program,in accordance with the surface configuration method to automatically generate the required surface coordinate calculation,the basic body height data file form the basic body height.Multi point forming technology is studied,and the deformation path can be added according to the actual re- quirements to achieve the requirements of actual production.The flexibility of exterior wall shape design is greatly improved. Different shapes can be constructed according to different actual production,so as to save cost.
