摘要
根据洗衣机内饰圈塑件的结构特点和生产要求,采用了叠层工艺成型,对该塑件的叠层式注塑模具结构进行了设计和分析。结合实际情况,该模具采用了冷、热流道相结合的浇注系统形式以提高塑件质量;应用了齿轮齿条联动机构来实现两个分型面的同时开合;动、定模上分别设有推杆推出机构,由油缸驱动两侧推出机构运动来完成对各层型腔内塑件的同时推出。该模具结构紧凑,可靠性高,大幅提高了生产效率,生产塑件各项指标均满足使用要求。
According to the structural characteristics and production requirements of washing machine door interior circle, the stack molding was decided,and the structure of the stack mold was designed and analyzed. Combined with the actual requirements, the form of combination of cold and hot runner system was applied to improve the quality of plastic parts. Two parting surface achieved to opening and closing at the same time by u- sing gear and rack; and the ejection mechanism was designed on both sides of the mold. The movement of ejection system, including ejecting of plastic parts, was driven by the oil cylinders which were fixed on both sides of the fixed mold and movable mold. The mold structure has the advantages of compact and high reliability,and the production efficiency is greatly improved, and the plastic parts meet the requirements.
