摘要
针对压电传感器的特点,提出了一种基于等精度频率计的压电传感器触发延迟时间的测量方法。通过反向比较器对压电传感器输出信号进行二位模数转换,并将转换后的信号与光电传感器输出信号进行信号合成。使用频率计测量合成信号的脉冲宽度,同时以合成信号作为频率计的主门控制信号。电路仿真和测试结果表明,该测量仪具有成本低,测量精度高,体积和功耗小的特点。
According to the characteristics of the piezoelectric sensor, a measurement method of piezoelectric sensor trigger delay time based on equal precision frequency meter is proposed. Through a reverse comparator to piezoelectric sensor output signal achieve two bits Analog- digital conversion, synthetic the transformed signals and photoelectric sensor output signal. Using the synthetic signals pulse width of frequency meter,at the same time the synthetic signals as the main gate control signal of frequency meter. The circuit simulation and test results show that the method of measuring instrument has low cost,high measuring accuracy,the characteristics of the volume and low consumption.
