摘要
国内海洋生态补偿研究已经掀起探索高潮,其文献数量逐年增加,关注程度日益提高。研究内容主要触及海洋生态补偿的概念内涵、实践总结、机制构建、法制建设、补偿量测算、多方博弈和国际经验借鉴层面,并取得一定的学术成就。然而,海洋生态补偿研究依然存在很多不足之处。文章在对海洋生态补偿研究文献统计分析的基础上,阐述了海洋生态补偿研究的进展,并提出作为拓展课题应从弄清概念属性、梳理实践经验、完善运作机制、细化补偿测算、构建补偿法规、扩大资金来源层面加以完善或开拓领域。
Marine ecological supplement research has attracted more and more attention in China recently.The researches have achieved a lot,which mainly cover the conceptual meaning,practice, mechanism construction,legal construction,compensation calculation,multi-discussion and inter-national reference.However,there are still deficient points exist.Based on the statistical analysis of marine ecology compensation study,the paper stated the development of marine ecology compen-sation research and suggested that.As an extended research,the paper focused on the contents of making concept clear,practice,mechanism,supplement calculation,rule construction and capital resource enlargement.
