摘要
目的:建立紫外-可见分光光度法测定紫草油中羟基萘醌总色素含量的方法。方法:羟基萘醌总色素的含量以左旋紫草素计,溶剂为乙醇,检测波长为516 nm。结果:左旋紫草素质量浓度在8.08~40.40μg/ml范围内与吸光度呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9,n=5),平均加样回收率为97.97%(RSD=1.70%,n=5)。结论:该方法简便、准确,回收率与精密度高,重现性好,可用于紫草油中羟基萘醌总色素含量的测定。
Objective:To establish a method for content determination of hydroxynaphthoquinone pigments in zicao oil by ultraviolet-visable spectrophotometry.METHODS: Content of hydroxynaphthoquinone pigments was counted in L-shikonin.Methanol was used as solvent and the wavelength was set at 516 nm.RESULTS: The concentration of L-shikonin showed a good linear relationship with absorbance in the range of 8.08 μg/ml-40.40 μg/ml(r=0.999 9,n=5).The average recovery was 97.97%(RSD=1.70%,n=5).CONCLUSIONS: This method is simple,precise and replicable resulting in high recovery and accuracy,which can be used to determine the content of hydroxynaphthoquinone pigments in zicao oil.
