影响管片拼装机起步工作特性的敏感结构参数分析及优化 被引量:4

Sensitive Structure Parameters Analysis and Optimization Influenced by Segment Erector Starting Characteristics

摘要 管片拼装机自身刚度以及转动惯量大,同时拼装过程是单侧受载,导致其在回转起步时存在冲击现象,严重影响了其控制精度和使用寿命。针对这一问题,对影响管片拼装机回转起步工作特性的敏感结构参数进行了分析和优化。根据流体动力学理论建立了数学模型、利用AMESim仿真模型模拟了其起步工况,确定了影响其起步工作特性的敏感结构参数;并且应用多因素正交试验法优化出了最佳参数组合;最后在合作单位进行了实车试验。仿真和试验结果表明:优化后的管片拼装机在回转起步阶段冲击量较优化前减小了约40%,可有效的改善其动态性能,能很好地抑制起步冲击现象。 Segment erector often exist starting impact phenomenon during its rotation due to its stillness and the large rotational inertia of segment, which seriously affect the control accuracy and service life. Aiming at this problem, the sensitive structure parameters influenced by segment erector rotation system starting characteristics was analyzed and optimized. First, the mathematical model was established based on the theory of fluid dynamics and the condition of beginning of the segment erector rotation system were simulated by the AMESim simulation model, to determine the sensitive structure parameters which affect the initial characteristics. Then, using the method of multiple factor orthogonal tests, the best parameter combination was optimized. At last, real vehicle test was carried on in the cooperative corporation. The simulation and test results show that the impact quantity of the segment erector can reduce about 40%, and can effectively improve the dynamic performance of the erector, and also can well restrain the starting impact phenomenon after optimized.
