摘要
随着高等教育改革的深入,缔结联盟成为了高校发展的新趋势,国内外相继出现各种高校间的联盟。医教协同背景下,全国医科院校研究生院联盟的建立是医学院校适应国家"双一流"建设和医学高等教育改革的战略选择,具有鲜明特点与独特优势,已在人才选拔、课程建设、过程管理、考评体系等方面初步形成了互利共赢的资源共享模式,取得了显著成效,产生了较大的社会影响,将在医学高等教育的改革探索中发挥更为重要的作用。
With the deepening of higher education reform, it has become a new trend to establish alliance for their development. Under the background of synergized medical education, it should be strategic choice to develop national alliance of graduate schools of medical colleges with distinctive characteristics and unique advantages, which can adapt for the construction of ＂Dual - first - class＂ and reform on higher medical education. The win - win resources - sharing mode was formed in the fields of talents selection, curriculum construction, process management and appraisal system, which had already made remarkable achievements and significant social impact.
