摘要
利用Flow-3D软件对铝合金滤清器座压铸工艺方案的充型过程进行了模拟,预测了卷气缺陷在铸件中的分布情况。根据模拟结果,在圆柱上设置半环形溢流槽对初始工艺进行优化后,铸件内的卷气现象明显降低。生产实践表明,采用优化后的方案铸件缺陷少。对于提高铸件质量和合格率具有一定的工程应用价值。
The mold-filling process of aluminum alloy filter seat's die casting was simulated by Flow-3D software. It forecasted the possible location and the size of defects. According to the results, the optimization of the process was carried out by setting a semi annular overflow groove on the cylinder and the entrained air was reduced obviously. Production practice shows that the casting defects were few. It has certain engineering application values for improving the quality and qualified rate of casting.
