钢铁企业废弃物循环利用的区域绩效差异研究——基于我国57家钢铁企业数据分析 被引量:1

摘要 对钢铁企业废弃物进行有效循环再利用能够有效地降低钢铁企业碳排放量,提高其能源利用效率.在对研究模型和投入产出指标选取进行描述的基础上,运用DEA-Tobit模型对我国57家钢铁企业废弃物循环利用绩效进行测度,并分析区域绩效差异的主要影响因素,提出改善方法.结果表明:总体上,我国钢铁企业废弃物循环利用绩效较低;区域内钢铁企业绩效分布不均,不同区域之间废弃物循环利用绩效差异较大.对钢铁企业废弃物循环利用绩效影响因素回归分析显示,资金投入和排污费对部分区域钢铁企业废弃物循环利用绩效具有较强促进作用,但水资源和环保人员投入对其具有反向作用. The iron and steel enterprises' carbon emissions and energy utilization can be improved by recycling.Based on model description and index selection, the waste recycling performance of 57 iron and steel enterprises in China can be obtained by DEA-Tobit model,this paper will put forward some suggestions for improvement by analyzing the main factors that cause the differences of regional performance.The results demonstrate that.the performance of waste recycling in China is generally lower;and there is a big difference between the performance of the regions.Regression analysis shows that capital investment and sewage charges have a positive effect on the waster recycling performance of some regions, but water resources and environmental protection personnel have negative effects on the performance.
