摘要
制备了用于屋面种植防水层的高强度双组分聚氨酯防水涂料。讨论了A、B组分制备工艺及配方对涂料拉伸性能及其耐穿刺能力的影响,并与几种现有防水卷材进行对比。结果表明,A组分采用先加甲苯二异氰酸酯反应,n_(NCO)/n_(OH)值为2.5,再加二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯,预聚体合成的总n_(NCO)/n_(OH)值为5、B组分中的滑石粉为35份、氯化石蜡为10份、增塑剂DOP为20份时,涂膜综合性能最佳。所得到高强度防水涂料涂膜的拉伸强度为7.46 MPa,断裂伸长率为586%。与常用防水卷材相比,高强度聚氨酯防水涂料的耐穿刺性能良好。
In this paper, high strength polyurethane waterproof coatings were prepared and were applied in roofing waterproofing layer. Two-component polyurethane formulation and puncture resistance were discussed. The results showed that, under the best formula, the total isocyanate index R of component A was 5 and the R value was 2.5 in the first step (adding TDI only). When mass ratio of talc powder, chlorinated paraffin, DOP was 35/10/ 20, the high strength waterproof coating had good overall performance, the tensile strength was 7.46 MPa and the elongation at break was 586%. Compared with the commonly used waterproof membrane, the puncture resistance of the high-strength polyurethane waterproof coating was better.
