摘要
运用文献资料法、调查法、比较研究等方法，根据宁波市运动员特点结合我国自主就业运动员职业教育现状，从运动员人生职业规划的视角，强化运动员对在役期间职业意识的必要性、重要性的认同，以人为本探讨宁波运动员在役期间职业意识培养的措施与方法。
