摘要
目的分析对老年高血压患者实施针对性临床护理的自我管理水平影响。方法对2015年5月—2017年1月我院收治的100例原发性高血压老年患者开展针对性护理干预,分析相关结果。结果和干预前相比,患者干预后的服药依从性、高血压知识知晓率以及血压控制情况有所提升,差异有统计学意义,P<0.01。结论对于老年高血压者,除了进行必要药物治疗外,还应做好自我管理工作。开展针对性临床护理,可起到提升疾病自我管理水平,稳定血压,改善预后的效果。
Objective To analyze the influence of self-management level on targeted clinical nursing in elderly patients with hypertension. Methods From May 2015 to January 2017, 100 elderly patients with essential hypertension were treated with targeted nursing intervention, and the related results were analyzed.
