西北典型荒漠样地花棒根际土壤微生物群落功能多样性 被引量:5

摘要 运用Biolog-ECO方法分析西北荒漠带7个典型样地花棒根际土壤微生物群落功能多样性的变化和土壤因子的生态作用。结果表明:由东至西,土壤微生物活性总体呈下降趋势,即乌海>磴口>安西>民勤>鄂尔多斯>沙坡头>阿拉善,不同样地土壤平均颜色变化率AWCD值差异明显。主成分分析(PCA)表明,各样地土壤微生物群落代谢功能特征差异显著,起主要贡献作用的是碳水化合物类和羧酸类碳源。典范对应分析(CCA)表明,土壤有机碳、氨氮、脲酶和碱性磷酸酶显著影响土壤微生物群落功能多样性,其中有机碳、脲酶和碱性磷酸酶与土壤微生物功能多样性密切相关。 In this study,the Biolog-ECO method was employed to investigate the functional diversity of microbial community and ecological functions of soil factors in the rhizosphere soils of Hedysarum scoparium.The results showed that the soil microbial communities metabolic activity decreased from east to west region(Wuhai〉Dengkou〉 Anxi〉 Minqin〉 Ordos〉Shapotou 〉Alxa).There were significantly differences for AWCD value among sample plots.Principal component analysis(PCA)showed that the metabolic function of soil microbial community were significantly different among sample plots.Carbohydrate and carboxylic acids were the main contribution carbon sources.Canonical correspondence analysis(CCA)showed that soil organic carbon,ammonia nitrogen,urease and alkaline phosphatase could significantly affect the soil microbial community functional diversity,which had especially close relationship with soil organic carbon,urease and alkaline phosphatase.
