摘要
文章采取实地调研和数据资料收集相结合的方法,对广西农业科学院(以下简称"广西农科院")科技平台进行了总体评价,研究了其科研建设水平,分析了其在建设过程中存在的问题,提出了改善科研条件、创新科研服务模式、完善体制机制等建议,以期为促进广西农科院科技创新、成果转化和相关部门决策提供参考。
The scientific and technological platforms of Guangxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences were totally evaluated by combining field investigation with collecting data in the paper. The construction level of platforms was researched, and problems in the construction were analyzed. Suggestions were put forward, such as improving scientific research conditions, innovating scientific research service mode, perfecting the mechanism, etc. These will provide references for promoting scientific and technological innovation, achievement transformation and decision making of related departments in Guangxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences.
