一种新型莱洛三角形泵的研究

摘要 针对传统齿轮泵无法直线泵油、齿廓型线复杂的缺陷,提出了一种新型莱洛三角形泵,以莱洛三角形为截面构建出斜转子,以3个转子平行安装、同向转动的方式实现了直线泵油,并结合了齿轮泵封闭式和螺旋桨开放式泵油的特点。建立了莱洛三角形的数学模型,对莱洛转子进行了运动位置分析,并计算了三转子中间容腔的排量和瞬时流量,为后期该泵的研究和实验打下了基础,并为实现直线泵油提供了新的思路。 For the defects of traditional gear pump can not pump oil in a linear way and its tooth profile line is complex, a new type of lelord ~triangle pump is put forward. In which the section of helical rotor is lelord triangle, and three such rotors are mount paraUel. The pump can pump oil in a linear way with its rotor rotating in the same direction. Besides, the pump combined with the characteristics of gear pump and propeller. The mathematical model of lelord triangle is established. The analysis of the motion position of the lelord rotor is carried out, and the displacement and instantaneous flow rate of the internal cavity of the three rotors are calculated. It laid a foundation for the research and experiment of this pump in the later stage and a new way of thinking for pump oil in a linear way is provided.
