摘要 产教结合、校企合作是培养应用型人才的有效途径,也是地方本科院校向应用型转型的必由之路。长春光华学院信息类专业通过与多家企业合作,践行了校企产学深度合作培养应用型人才的相关理念,创新了"2.5+0.5+1.0"及"3+1"的校企深度合作人才培养模式,构建了"三元四共五平台"工学融合的应用型人才培养协同育人体系,以及合作专业的知识、能力、素质结构和以能力为导向的模块化课程体系,率先将企业"5R"模式引入了人才培养过程,提高了工程类专业的教育教学质量。 The combination effective way to cultivate the tion to the application form. of production and education and the cooperation of university and enterprise is the applied talents, and it is the only way for local colleges and universities to transi- Through the cooperation with companies, the information engineering major in Changchun Guanghua University practiced the idea of industrial-academic cooperation between colleges and enterprise to train applied talents, innovated "2.5 + O. 5 + 1.0" and "3 + 1" talent training mode cooper- ation between colleges and enterprise, constructed the "Sanyua, Sigong, Wupingtai" work -study integrat- ed applied talents training system, and the modularized course system oriented by professional knowledge, a- bility, quality structure and ability, take the "5R" model into the process of talents training and improve the teaching quality of the engineering professional education.
