摘要
产教结合、校企合作是培养应用型人才的有效途径,也是地方本科院校向应用型转型的必由之路。长春光华学院信息类专业通过与多家企业合作,践行了校企产学深度合作培养应用型人才的相关理念,创新了"2.5+0.5+1.0"及"3+1"的校企深度合作人才培养模式,构建了"三元四共五平台"工学融合的应用型人才培养协同育人体系,以及合作专业的知识、能力、素质结构和以能力为导向的模块化课程体系,率先将企业"5R"模式引入了人才培养过程,提高了工程类专业的教育教学质量。
