摘要 不同天然气气源供入同一城市燃气管网,造成天然气组成出现变化,使得居民用户燃气灶性能受到影响。以12T天然气家用燃气灶为实验对象,燃烧方式为大气式燃烧,分别选取12台圆形火孔灶具样本和13台条缝形火孔灶具样本,所有灶具样本均为嵌入式灶具,实验室配制10个不同组成的12T天然气样本。实验测试和分析两种火孔型式灶具的热效率、CO和NO_x排放性能,考察其是否满足国家标准。当天然气组成变化时,圆形火孔灶具更易保证热效率和CO排放水平满足国家标准;条缝形火孔灶具虽能保证较低的NO_x排放水平,但会降低灶具热效率并提高CO排放量。 Supply of various natural gas sources into a same urban causes the variation of natural gas components, which affects the performance of domestic gas ranges. Taking 12T natural gas domestic gas ranges as experimental objects, with atmospheric combustion pattern, including 12 round fire port range samples and 13 striped-slit fire port range samples, all samples are built-in ranges. 10 groups of 12T natural gas with various components are blended. The thermal efficiency, CO and NOx emissions of gas ranges with two types of fire port structures are tested and analyzed to investigate whether they meet the national standards. When the natural gas components are changed, the round fire port ranges are easier to meet the national standards in thermal efficiency and CO emission. Although the striped-slit fire port range can guarantee a lower level of NOx emissions, but will reduce the thermal efficiency and increase CO emissions.
