摘要
基于社会、政治、经济、金融四个维度建立了包含12个二级指标的诚信环境评价模型;通过对江苏省13市2009-2013年时间序列数据,运用熵权TOPSIS法,对各城市的诚信环境进行了动态评估;并以南京市为例,利用灰色绝对关联度分析了影响诚信环境的重点要素。
Dynamic evaluation of urban credit environment in Jiangsu Province is studied. In social, politi- cal, economic, financial dimensions 12 secondary indicators are put forward. Based on the time series data between 2009 and 2013 of 13 cities in Jiangsu Province, entropy weight and TOPSIS are used to evaluate the credit environment of the cities dynamically; with Nanjing as an example, key factors influencing the credit environment are analyzed with the gray absolute correlation degree.
