影响锥阀阀芯轴向振动的关键因素 被引量:4

摘要 锥阀由于结构简单、密封性好、响应快,在液压系统中被广泛采用。而锥阀在使用过程中易产生振动、噪声与空化等现象,影响了液压系统的调压稳定性和工作可靠性。锥阀从本质上来看是由阀芯-弹簧构成的弹簧质量振动系统,在流场扰动因素的作用下极易产生振动,从而引起压力调节阀的调定压力产生波动。运用流固耦合的方法分析了不同阀芯结构对锥阀轴向振动的影响,发现在阀芯轴向振动过程中阀口逆压力梯度区的压力波动幅值和相位会产生剧烈变化,对阀芯轴向振动幅值产生较大影响。 The poppet valve is widely used in hydraulic system, because of its simple structure, better sealing and quick response. But the pressure-flow coefficient, noise and cavitation it causes limit the pressure regulating stabili- ty and working reliability of hydraulic system. Poppet valve is a spring-mass vibration system which is composed of poppet and spring. The poppet valve is very easy to vibrate under the influence of flow disturbance, and then the vibration will cause obviously pressure fluctuations of the pressure control valve. We apply the fluid-structure inter- action method to analyze the influence of different poppet shapes on axial vibration, and finds that in the process of axial vibration, the pressure fluctuation amplitude and phase of the adverse pressure gradient zone will produce dra- matic change, which may have a great impact on the amplitude of the poppet axial vibration.
