摘要
目的识别与分析某双氟化工有限公司仓库工程的职业病危害因素,并进行职业病危害控制效果评价。方法运用职业卫生现场调查、工程分析、检查表法等方法分析该项目的职业病危害定性,并评价其职业病危害的防护效果。结果该公司仓库工程存在的职业病危害因素包括化学毒物(氟化物、氟化氢、硫酸、磷酸、氨、氢氧化钠)、噪声和高温等。检测结果显示:化学毒物的合格率均为100%、噪声、高温等危害因素的检测结果均符合国家卫生标准的要求。结论本项目属职业病危害较重的建设项目。综合各方面分析,在确保各类防护设施有效运行、保证生产设备正常运转的情况下,该项目在职业病危害控制方面是可行的。
Objective To identify and analyze the occupational hazard factors in the construction project of fluorine chemi- cal of the chemical storage factory, and evaluate the control effect of occupational hazards. Methods Field investigation, detection, health examination and checklist were carried out, qualitative and quantitative evaluation were applied. Results The occupational hazards existed in the production process were chemical poisons (fluoride, ammonia, sulfuric acid, hy- drogen fluoride, phosphoric acid, sodium hydroxide), noise, high temperature. Detection results showed that concentrations or intensities of toxic chemicals, noise and high temperature were in accord with the national hygiene standards. Conclusion The occupational hazards are relatively serious in the project. After synthetical analysis of various aspects, occupational hazards control in the project is feasible on the condition of effective operations of protective measures and production equip- ments.
