摘要
目的探讨医院人才培养专项管理模式,全面促进医院学科建设。方法组建融合行政管理及专家学术管理的攻关团队,结合医院学科发展策略,设立人才培养专项。运用专项管理的新模式,从立项依据、项目可行性论证、项目执行方法和保障、项目评价等方面入手,建立了完善的人才选拔、培养、评价体系。结果依据学科建设目标立项,精准确定到国外人才培养7个学科,国内知名学府医院人才培养13个学科;公开选拔确保项目培养人质量;建立制度流程确保专项执行规范;第三方评价确保专项效果:2016年被培养的16人在工作半年后通过评价,最高分为95.0分,最低分85.3分,平均分90.2分,通过率100%。结论以学科建设为导向,创新融合以"专项"为核心的人才培养管理模式,促进了医院学科建设与个人职业生涯协同发展及统筹规划人才培养体系的建立。
Objective:To explore special management mode for hospital talent training and improve the over-all hospital dis- cipline construction. Method : Public relation team for the management of administration, expert and academia was established and special project for talent training set up,combined with strategies for hospital discipline development. With the new mode of special management and starting from project establishment, argumentation of project feasibility, project execution method and guarantee, perfect system for talent selection, training and evaluation is set up. Result:Based on project establishment of discipline construction goal,foreign talent training for 7 disciplines and hospital talent training of home famous universities for 13 disciplines is accurately determined. Open selection ensures the quality of project trainees. System and process guarantees the execution standardization of the special project. Evaluation from the third party makes sure of the effects. After six-month work in 2016 ,the highest score is 95. 0,the lowest is 85.3 and the average is 90. 2 and the passing rate is 100% for the 16 trainees. Conclusion:The mode of discipline construc- tion orientation and the management mode for talent training centering " special project" promote the coordinated development of construction of hospital discipline and personal career, and the establishment of the overall planning for personal training system.
