耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌的分子分型及耐药性分析 被引量:7

摘要 目的了解医院ICU中耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)的分子分型及耐药性,为ICU耐药菌的防控提供依据。方法对同一时期某医院ICU环境和患者样品中分离的MRSA菌株,运用梅里埃VITEK2 Compact进行抗菌药物敏感试验,运用脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)方法进行分子分型。结果 7株MRSA对青霉素、苯唑西林的耐药率为100.0%,对万古霉素、替考拉丁、利奈唑胺、奎奴普汀、呋喃妥因的敏感率均为100.0%;PFGE分型有3株菌为同一型别,其他4株菌不具有同源性。结论该院ICU分离的MRSA对β-内酰胺类、大环内酯类、喹诺酮类等抗生素存在不同程度耐药,环境中存在MRSA克隆株的污染,应加强环境清洁措施。 Objective To investigate the molecular typing and drug resistance of methicillin - resistant Staphylococ- cus aureus (MRSA) in ICU, and to provide evidence for the prevention and control of ICU drug- resistant bacteria. Meth- ods MRSA that isolated from ICU environment and patients in the same period were used for the antimicrobial susceptibility test by Merriel VITEK2 Compact method. Then molecular typing was performed by pulsed field gel electrophoresis (PFGE). Results The resistance rate of 7 MRSA against to penicillin and oxacillin was 100.0%, and the sensitivity rate that to van- comycin, teicotidine, linezolid, quinuphrine and nitrofurantoin were 100.0%. PFGE typing showed there was 3 Strains own to the same type, while the other four strains didnt have homology. Conclusion MRSA that isolated from ICU in this hospi- tal were showed different resistant to ~ -lactam antibiotics, macrolides, quinolones. There was clonal pollution in the envi- ronment. It is necessary to strengthen environmental cleanliness measures.
