摘要
引导学生产生科学合理的职业能力行为与智慧是有效实现职业教育人才培养水平持续性提升的关键。学习档案作为一种学习管理工具与方式,其形式与运用与职业能力行为、智慧的培养有着天然的相似性和契合性,据此研究设计职业能力发展手册来塑造高职生的职业能力。结合理论与实践的调查研究,确定了专业能力(博乎道术)、职场素养(厚乎德行)、社会能力(辩乎言谈)三大能力模块,构成职业能力发展手册基本框架,同时进行了二级、三级框架目录的细分。
Make students to have the reasonable professional ability and wisdom is the key to vocational education development.
