摘要
"一带一路"是一种引领国际合作模式与发展的创新计划,推动了我国的经济发展与开放。"一带一路"战略从我国的经济现状出发,在传统的基础上,为我国经济的建设发展探索出一条新的道路。任何发展道路都离不开技术和人才的支持,"一带一路"战略同样需要高级智力的支持,但在同时也培养出了相当一部分的技术人才,在各个领域发展着极其重要的作用。现如今随着经济的迅猛发展,汽车产业也在继续扩张,汽车服务业需要大量的专业化人才,在技术型汽车人才的培养上需要加强相关的建设体系,做出相关的人才培养模式改革。
＂Belt and Road Initiative＂ is a leading international cooperation mode and innovation of development plan, thus promoting the economic development of our country. From the economic situation of our country, on the basis of the traditional, ＂ The Belt and Road＂ strategy explores a new way for the construction of China＇s economic development. Any development path cannot do without the support of technology and talent, ＂The Belt and Road＂ strategy also requires senior intelligence support, but at the same time also developed a considerable part of the technical personnel, development plays an important role in various fields. Nowadays, with the rapid development of economy, the automobile industry continues to expand, the automotive service industry needs professional talent, in the training of personnel on the car need to strengthen the construction of system, make the relevant talents training mode reform.
