Research Progress of Ras/Raf/MEK/ERK Signaling Pathways in Leukemia——Review

摘要 Ras/Raf/MEK/ERK信号通路对白血病的发生和发展具有不可忽视的作用。在该通路中关键信号元件的抑制剂的应用成为白血病治疗的新策略。近年来,对这些抑制剂的筛选和体内外研究成为治疗领域的热点,国内外已开展的体内外实验及早期临床研究,证实了这些抑制剂在白血病治疗中具有较好的效果及应用前景。本综述重点介绍Ras/Raf/MEK/ERK信号通路在白血病发生发展中的作用及其治疗方面的最新研究进展。 signaling pathway plays an important role in the occurrence and development of leukemia. Using the inhibitors of key signaling components in the signaling pathway is new strategy for the treatment of leukemia. In recent years, the screening of these inhibitors and their in vitro and in vivo researches have become a hot spot in the field of treatment. In vivo and in vitro experiments and early clinical studies have shown that these inhibitors have good effect and application prospects in the treatment of leukemia. This review focuses on the recent advances of the role of Ras/Raf/MEK/ERK signaling pathway in the occurence, development and treatment of leukemia.
