摘要
对空调压缩机曲轴分体式设计时的过盈配合进行了研究,提出了一种偏心件过盈配合的计算选择方法。根据薄壁筒结构,按DIN 7190标准构建最大与最小两个薄壁筒计算模型,并根据偏心件最大连接压力来计算和选择最大允许过盈量,使偏心件整体处于稳定的过盈配合状态。这一方法可以提高过盈配合设计的有效性。
Studied the interference fit in the crankshaft split design of the air conditioning compressor and proposed a method for calculating the interference fit of a sort of eccentric piece. According to thin- walled drum structure, two calculation models for the largest and the smallest thin-walled drums were built as per to DIN 7190 standard. The maximum allowable magnitude of interference was calculated and selected according to the maximum connection pressure of the eccentric piece, so that the overall eccentric piece would be in a stable state of interference fit. This approach can improve the effectiveness of the design for interference fit.
