摘要 大风条件下高速列车通过部分防风设施过渡段时,车体往往会在横向突变风载作用下产生明显的瞬态横向振动和侧滚振动。实车线路试验发现:这种瞬态振动会经由车辆悬挂向下传递,可能引起轮轨力的变化,从而影响到高速列车的运行安全性。针对这一现象,结合实车试验和仿真计算,分析了高速列车在运行过程中遭遇横向突变风载情况下的动力学响应机理,在此基础上研究了运行安全性指标随车速和突变风载大小的变化规律。 While the High-speed train passes some transition section of wind facilities in the environment of strong wind, obvious lateral vibration and rolling vibration of car body often will be caused by the transient transverse wind load. According to the real vehicle test, it's found that: the transient vibration through the vehicle suspension passing down may cause the change of the wheel/rail force, thus the running safety of High-speed train will be affected. In reaction to the phenomenon, the dynamic response mechanism of the High- speed train under the transient transverse wind is analyzed by the real vehicle test and the simulation calculation. Based on this research result, the change rule of running safety index with vehicle speed and wind load is studied.
