为了达到油田开发的经济指标,采取有效的技术措施,不断提高油井的产能。但是由于一些非法盗窃油田物资行为的存在,给油田生产的治安带来隐患。为了防止油田生产不遭受破坏,必须强化油田治安保卫工作,保证油田生产的正常进行。
In order to achieve the economic indicators of oilfield development, take effective technical measures to continuouslyimprove the production capacity of oil wells.But because of some illegal theft of oil field material behavior exists, to the production oflaw and order to bring hidden dangers.In order to prevent the oil field production from being damaged, it is necessary to strengthen theoilfield security work to ensure the normal production of oil field.
