摘要
从数控系统和驱动单元、传统机床的二次设计、刀架改造和步进电机三方面提出了机床数字化的改造方案,并对其改造具体操作进行了实践性探索。最终结果显示,改造后的系统整体性能良好,比原来的系统加工精度高,生产效率也有所提高,同时减少了劳动力,节约了成本投入。
From the CNC system and driver unit, the two traditional design of machine tool, the transformation and the stepping motor three aspects puts forward improvement scheme of machine tool digital, then has carried on the practical exploration of the transformation of the specific operation. The final results showed that the modified system overall better than the original high precision processing system, the production efficiency is increased, and the labor force is reduced, saving the cost of investment.
