摘要
针对重力式沉箱工程应用的技术不足,研究设计了一种镂空式管桩组合结构。通过理论分析、数值计算、工程案例设计,阐述新结构关键指标的优越性:结构所受极端状态波浪力仅为传统圆筒沉箱的13.5%;基底应力最大值不超过300 kPa;结构吊装吨位可控制在1000吨级左右;工程材料为传统沉箱用料质量的10%~25%;主受力构件为工厂预制件。
In view of the shortage of gravity caisson, a spatial frame composite pipe pile structure has been designed and studied.Through theoretical analysis, numerical calculation, conceptual design of engineering case, the advantages of the new structure are described.The wave force at extreme state is only 13.5% that of the traditional cylindrical caisson. The maximum reaction stress does not exceed 300 kPa. The structural lifting tonnage can be controlled at 1000 tons. Material weight is 10% to 25% that of the traditional caisson. The key members of the structure are prefabricated in the factory.
