摘要
为了提高高铬铸铁的耐磨性能,通过RE、V、Ti、B、M、K、Na、Zn等不同组合的复合变质,可以改善高铬铸铁共晶碳化物的形貌与分布,使其韧性、硬度有较大地提高。
In order to improve the wear resistance of high chromium cast iron, the cutectic carbide morphology and distribution in high chromium cast iron can be improved through modification treatment with different combination of RE, V, Ti, B, M, K, Na, zinc etc., and its toughness and hardness are also significantly increased.
