摘要
通过对不同真空度和倾角下矩形多槽道热管的传热性能进行实验研究,重点讨论了真空度和倾角对热管启动特性和运行特性的影响。实验结果表明:较高的真空度和非0°倾角,有利于缩短热管的启动时间,优化均温性能,降低传热热阻;合适的加热功率能加快热管启动,过大的加热功率使热管出现不稳定工作现象。
The heat transfer performance of a rectangular multi-grooves heat pipe with different vacuum degree and inclination was studied experimentally. The effect of vacuum degree and inclination on the start-up performance and operation characteristics of heat pipes were analyzed respectively. The experimental results show that high vacuum and non-0° inclination help to shorten the start-up time of heat pipe optimize isothermal performance and reduce heat transfer resistance. Suitable heating power can accelerate the start-up of heat pipe, but excessive heating power causes unstable phenomenon.
