植酸钙是植酸与钙、镁等金属离子形成的一种复合盐,俗称菲汀,广泛存在于植物体内,是所有植物种子的主要成分,尤其在米糠、麦麸及油料籽中含量较多。植酸钙具有抗氧化和络合金属离子的作用,广泛应用于食品、医药等行业领域。植酸钙的提取方法有醇类沉淀法、金属盐分离法、稀酸加碱中和沉淀法,本文以木薯、马铃薯和米糠为原料,介绍植酸钙的提取工艺和条件。
Calcium phytate is a kind of complex salt formed by phytic acid and metal ions such as calcium and magnesium, commonly known as phenetine, which is widely found in plants and is the main component of all plant seeds, especially in rice bran, wheat bran and oilseed many. Calcium phytate has the role of antioxidant and complex metal ions, widely used in food, medicine and other industries. The method of extraction of calcium phytate was as follows: alcohol precipitation method, metal salt separation method, dilute acid addition alkali and precipitation method. The extraction technology and conditions of calcium phytate were introduced in cassava, potato and rice bran.
