摘要
红石膏是硫酸法钛白生产工艺所产生的固废物的俗称,因其含有氧化铁而呈红褐色。我国绝大部分钛白粉生产企业采用传统的硫酸法工艺,三废治理成本高昂。本文通过对硫酸法钛白粉生产工艺流程的分析,研究钛铁矿的组分、工艺参数与红石膏产生量之间的相互关系,为评价生产企业的三废综合处理能力提供依据,并探讨减少红石膏的途径与方法。
Red gypsum is sulfuric acid titanium dioxide production process produced by the commonly known as solid waste, because it contains iron oxide and reddish brown. China's vast majority of titanium dioxide production enterprises using traditional sulfuric acid process, waste treatment costs are high. Based on the analysis of the production process of titanium dioxide in sulfuric acid, this attic studies the relationship between the composition and process parameters of ilmenite and the amount of red gypsum production, and provides the basis for the comprehensive treatment capacity of titanium dioxide production enterprises, and explore ways to reduce red gypsum.
