摘要
试验旨在研究精料定量与粗料自由采食饲喂条件下,干/湿法处理粗饲料对小尾寒羊生产性能的影响,以期为科学饲喂方案制定提供基础研究数据。试验选择30只体重相近(41.05±2.52)kg的空怀期小尾寒羊,将其随机分成2组(每组3个重复,每个重复5只羊)。2组试羊定量饲喂相同的补饲颗粒料,同时自由采食小麦秸秆,其中A组(对照组)自由采食风干态麦秸,B组(试验组)自由采食加水湿拌后的麦秸(麦秸与水的比例为100:80),进行为期43d的饲养试验(其中预试期11d)。在饲养试验中期,利用全天候摄像头观察和记录每个处理组试羊24h内的行为变化;饲养试验结束后进行消化代谢试验。结果表明:(1)两组试验羊站立和静卧时间仅相差44.66min,差异不显著(P>0.05),但B组站立时间和采食时间分别较A组减少了5.17%(P>0.05)和82.34%(P<0.05),反刍时间较A组增加了3.38%(P>0.05);(2)B组试羊粗饲料采食量较A组增加了4.22%(P>0.05),主要养分表观消化率较A组呈下降趋势;(3)B组试验羊平均日增重、补饲颗粒料转化效率及经济效益分别较A组提高了9.74%、9.74%和2.84%,均无显著差异(P>0.05)。
This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of dry and wet feeding methods on the behavior change and production performance of Small-tailed Han sheep.30 non-pregnant Small-tailed Han sheep with good body condition and similar weight of 1year old were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 3 replicates each group and 5 sheep per replicate.Group A were fed dry wheat straw,group B were fed wet wheat straw.Feeding experiments were conducted for 43 d.The behavior changes of each group were observed and recorded within 24 h by a 24-hour camera in 20d^23d and digestive experiments were conducted for 7 days after the formal experiment period.The results showed as follows:(1)the standing and reposing time had a difference of 44.66min(P〉0.05),however,standing time and the ingestion time of group B respectively reduced by 5.17%(P〉0.05)and 82.34%(P〈0.05),while the rumination time increased by 3.38%(P〉0.05)than group A;(2)the DMI and apparent digestibility of nutrients had no significant difference between two groups,but daily roughage intake of group A increased by 4.22%than group B,while apparent digestibility of nutrients had a decrease trend;(3)there was no significant difference of ADG and FCE of concentrate supplement between group A and group B(P〉0.05),however,the ADG and FCE of concentrate supplement of group B increased by 9.74% compared with group A,while economic benefits improved 2.84% compared with group A.
