摘要
如何利用草类植物自身的优势有效解决重金属污染现状,是当前研究的一个热点问题。论文总结了近年来对重金属具有富集作用的草类植物,以及重金属胁迫下,草类植物的形态特征及生理变化的研究进展,并对重金属胁迫下,根际促生菌及其相关分子响应方面对草类植物的影响进行了综述,以期为后期利用植物修复重金属污染方面的研究提供文献参考依据。并经分析总结,提出了草类植物对重金属胁迫的反应途径和可能的作用机制。尽管目前利用草类植物进行重金属修复的研究仍有很多方面的问题有待解决,但随着基因表达调控机理及分子育种等内容的深入研究,草类植物的重金属耐受机制将会得到进一步的发展。
How to use grasses' advantages to cope with the serious heavy metal pollution has become a hot topic currently.The article summarized current research progress on the heavy metal hyper accumulation grasses,and the effects of heavy metal on morphological features and physiological changes of grasses.In addition,some information of molecular response and plant growth promoting rhizobacteria was expounded,with the purpose of providing a literature reference for the future exploration of using phytoremediation to settle heavy metal contamination in soils.The ways of grasses' response to heavy metal stress and the possible mechanism were also put forward.Nevertheless,current studies on using grasses to repair heavy metal pollution still have many problems to be solved.But with the further researches on gene expression regulation and control mechanism as well as molecular breeding,the heavy metal tolerant mechanism of grasses would be further developed.
