微机自动准同期装置在硫酸余热发电中的应用

摘要 针对硫酸余热发电并网手动同期存在的各种缺陷,选择了CM-320双微机自动准同期控制器。该设备具有极高的可靠性与稳定性、同期速度快、精度高、功能强、适用范围广、通讯功能完善、运行维护简便、结构标准、安装方便等特点,完全能满足硫酸装置余热发电同期并网操作的需要,即使制酸装置开一条生产线,汽机波动比较大的情况下,也能一次并网成功。 The CM-320 dual-computer-aided automatic quasi-synchronous controller is selected to offset the various drawbacks in the simultaneous operation of sulphuric acid waste heat power generation integrated with manual grid connected power system. The equipment has advantages of high reliability and stability, high synchronous speed, high precision, strong functionality, broad range of applications, perfect communication functions, easy operation and maintenance, standard configuration, easy installation, and so on. It can meet the requirements to simultaneously generate power by sulphuric acid waste heat and transmit and distribute the power into the grid connected system. Even when an extra production line is added and there is a relatively great fluctuation for the turbine, transmission and distribution of the power into the grid connected system can be successfully achieved.
