摘要
针对马兰矿18305高瓦斯工作面瓦斯治理难题,以该工作面地质条件为工程背景,基于顶板垮落带及裂隙带计算公式确定了高抽巷在煤层顶板的合理层位。同时借助UDEC数值模拟软件,分析了层位相同水平内错距不同条件下高抽巷围岩的塑性区分布及断面变形情况,研究结果表明:高抽巷塑性区范围随着内错距的增大而减小,掘进期间内错距对巷道围岩变形影响不大,回采期间内错距在0~20 m时高抽巷围岩变形较严重。基于研究结果,提出了18305高抽巷合理布置方案,并结合现场实测数据分析了其瓦斯抽采效果。研究结果可为类似高工作面瓦斯高抽巷合理布置提供借鉴。
Using the high gas drainage roadway to extract the mine gas is widely used at domestic and foreign coal-mine. In order tosolve the gas problem of the 18305 high gas mining face in Malan mine,taking bet^veen the high gas drainage roadway and coal roof is determined using the empirical formulas. Simultaneously ,the distribution of plas-tic zones and deformations characteristics of surrounding rock for the high gas drainage roadway with ternal staggered distances are simulated using UDEC, and the research results indicated that the distribution of plastic zones decreasewith the internal staggered distance increases, the internal staggered distance plays a little influence on the ing the period of it excavation, but the deformation is serious when the internal staggered distance is od of working face mining. Based on the study results,the reasonable location of 18305 high gas drainagtraction effect was also introduced. The research results can be provide for referencing in the similar conditions.
