摘要 静压箱是保证锂离子电池隔膜材料在拉伸过程中加热均匀的关键设备。今以热风加热系统中静压箱为研究对象,采用CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics)与实验研究相结合的方法研究静压箱内部流场,针对该静压箱各结构参数对出口速度偏差的影响进行了计算和分析,并对结构参数进行优化。结果表明静压箱的孔板结构对出口速度偏差影响最大,孔板最佳几何参数是:孔板直径d=12 mm,孔中心距l=26 mm,孔板厚度t=6 mm。研究结果可以为静压箱的设计以及改造现有装置提供理论指导。 Plenum chamber is a key equipment to ensure heating uniformity of membrane materials in stretching processes. Plenum chamber in hot wind heater systems was studied, and computational fluid dynamics(CFD) and experimental study were combined to investigate the internal flow field of plenum chamber. Effects of structural parameters on outlet velocity deviation were calculated and analyzed, and the structural parameters were optimized. The results show that the orifice plate structure of the plenum chamber has the greatest effect on the outlet velocity deviation. The optimum structural parameters of the orifice plate are: the orifice plate diameter d = 12 mm, the center distance of holes l = 26 mm and the thickness of the orifice plate t = 6 mm. The results obtained can provide theoretical guidance for the design and improvement of plenum chamber.
