摘要
为了满足信息化联合作战对战略预警情报实时性、准确性的需求,根据战略预警指挥信息系统的本质内涵,分析了战略预警指挥信息系统的业务活动,基于Petri网分析方法建立了战略预警指挥信息系统预警导弹来袭时情报处理流程模型和指挥控制流程模型,对预警情报处理流程的平均传输率进行了实例验证.通过计算流程的平均流动时间、平均传输率等指标,分析预警情报处理流程的时效性,验证了预警情报处理流程中信息传输处理能力的合理性,为优化战略预警指挥信息系统业务流程提供了定量、可视化的依据.
In order to meet the demands of real-time and accurate strategic early warning intelligence in the informationization joint operation, based on the connotation of the strategic early warning and command information system(SEWACIS), this paper analyzes the operational activities of the SEWACIS, and utilizes the Petri net method to establish the modeling of intelligence processing flow and command & control flow in time of missile approaching, and verifies the rate of average transmission of intelligence processing flow. The paper also tests and verifies the rationality of the information transmission and processing ability in the early warning information processing flow by calculating the average flow time, the average transmission rate of the flow, and analyzing the timeliness of the early warning information processing flow. Therefore, it provides a basis of quantification and visualization for the optimization of the operation flow of the SEWACIS.
