摘要
为了避免数控折弯机加工板材工件时干涉的发生,实验中从板材工件的深度折弯、箱体封闭折弯2个方面来分析板材工件折弯时产生干涉的原因。结果表明,通过使用中间板对应方案、高鹅模具、分割式封闭模具、超窄幅深度模具对应方案的方法来解决数控折弯时工件干涉问题,达到产品质量要求。
An interference phenomenon often happens when NC bending machine processes a sheet workpiece. This paper based on experim-ents, analyzes the causes of the interference in bending of the sheet workpiece from two aspects : the depth of bending of the sheet workpiece and the closure of the box. The results show that by means of the middle plate corresponding solutions, high goose mold, split closed mold, and ultra narrow depth mold corresponding programs, the interference problem can be solved, and the products meet the requirement of quality.
