摘要
现代学徒制是一种新型的人才培养模式,日益被职业院校和企业广泛认可。温州现代物流学院物流专业在原有培养模式的基础上,重新梳理专业建设思路,选取优质对口企业,率先在仓储配送方向中开展"工"与"学"的交替,拓宽地区技术技能人才培养和成长通道,对学徒培养的双元主体、双元身份以及双元指导等方面进行良好的改进与实践,并对机制创新、教学标准、教学团队以及监控体系等实施过程中发现的问题进行研讨和探索,给出合理的建议。
Modern Apprenticeship is a latest talents training model, widely accepted by higher vocational education. Wenzhou modern logistics college logistics professional re-combing professional construction ideas, selects high-quality counterparts enterprises, carries out 'work' and 'learning' alternately, broadens the regional technical skills personnel training, makes a lot improving and practicing on the dualism of the apprenticeship training, dual identity and dual guidance and other aspects, and have given reasonable advice on the mechanism of innovation, teaching standards, teaching team and monitoring system and other issues.
