摘要
西柏坡时期,中共中央非常重视华北地区的戏剧改革,毛泽东、周恩来、刘少奇等中央领导同志相继就此作出重要指示,中共华北局直接领导了华北的戏剧改革工作。华北局机关报和行使中央机关报职能的《人民日报》发表了《有计划有步骤地进行旧剧改革工作》的专论,作为华北戏剧改革的指导性文件。华北戏剧改革采取了建立机构、教育改造旧艺人、审查剧目、创作新戏等措施,取得了很大的成绩,为建国初期的戏剧改革创造了有利条件,提供了有益的经验。华北戏剧改革具有十分重要的地位,所取得经验对于当今贯彻习近平总书记有关文艺工作的重要指示,进行戏剧的改革和创新具有极大的指导作用和价值。

North China drama reform taken to establish institutions, educate and reform the old artists, review plays, create new play, etc measures, had made great achievement, created favorable conditions for the reform of drama in the early days after foundation, provided the useful ex-perience. North China drama reform plays a very important position, has a great guiding role and value to implement the general secretary Xi jinping important instructions about the work of literature and art, drama of the reform and innovation.
